Re: 12+ naming rules

My first and only thought about these "12 rules" is "WTF." Why would you do 
something like that? Reverse-engineer the naming rules that are already 
[defined in the 
docs](http://forum.nim-lang.org///nim-lang.org/docs/manual.html#lexical-analysis-identifiers-keywords)?
 Write them down so obscurely they're impossible to actually understand? Mix 
naming conventions with naming restrictions?
