_wulfklaue:_ Predominance of negative opinions over positive ones is common, 
not only in this case, and for a simple reason: when people are content with 
something, they have nothing to say against, and they mostly are silent, and 
when they annoyed or uncomfortable with something, then they express their 
indignation or offer changes. Remember, how often have you met positive remarks 
of some features (probably rare). So you cannot form up the correct picture by 
counting negative vs. positive opinions, unless you made a survey (polling) for 
some group and everybody (or majority) voted.
