Re: ANSI vs ASCII in Windows Shells?

I have installed oldwinapi and it exists in .nimblepkgs folder. But when I am 
trying to import windows its giving me an error as
    
    
    Error: cannot open 'windows'
    

Any help will be highly appreciated.
