Hi, I would like to know what is best way to create a package locally. I am on windows. I can not use nimble install say nimdata. There is proxy issues. However, I can download the zip file from git and say extract in some folder. Now what is best way to create package.
I tried nimble install itself but it still looks for package.json and gets timed out. Thanks
