I just found out, there is already one fixed-point Nim API: 
[fixmath](https://github.com/Jeff-Ciesielski/fixmath) 16:16 fixed-point might 
not be the right scale for me (I would prefer 24:8), but it's a start, and can 
serve as example if I want to write my own.
