I'm not sure how that can help - we still need to tell Nim at compile time that those symbols will come from somewhere. I'm not sure the executable will get built if we use the flag in isolation. Worth a try though.
If the EXE does get built regardless then we can add code to nimdeps to load the DLL after the fact.
