  * No, `ref` remains to be subject to a tracing mechanism as no good solution 
is known that can deal with cycles. Same for `closure`.
  * Yeah, I personally still prefer `try finally`'s clarity but `defer` is safe 
for the time being. But once destructors are stable we may deprecate `defer`.
