Personally I couldn't care less about an HTTP server/client and if it's the only example I saw when I came upon Nim I would assume it's another PHP/JS/Elixir/Elm and may not dive into more.
I'd rather have Nim for the webdev, Nim for the scientist, Nim for the gamedev and relevant examples for each community.
