**If** there is - sure. Right now it's probably QT wrappers, which was done good for Python and not-so-good for Nim and NodeJS. Funnily enough, _PureBasic_ won there again, because it offers 0-dependency _Dialog_ GUI library for all 3 major platforms it supports. XML-based and somewhat lacking, sure, but still.
