I think it would be good to allow the quoted form for consistency's sake. Also, 
there should probably be a `{.out: "whatever-name"}` like the `{.passC.}` etc. 
pragmas to control the output name from within the source file. (Maybe there is 
now, but last I looked there wasn't. Maybe `outFile` or `outExe` are better 
names.)
