VS Code with Nim Extension, never used any code editors before(i mostly dabble into coding, was highly into game dev when i was 13, that died after 2 years, i still dabble though Godot Engine another open source phenomenon). Whenever i coded with a language i used an IDE, although i never really used most of the features they had, all i really need is good debugging with good code completion and Microsoft owns the war on code completion apparently.
I like how nice it looks, simple, customizable etc. I don't understand the .json configs though, till yesterday i couldn't get my Nim code to create files using Open(some file...) without running the .exe directly, it could only read from a file and even then not always, it was bugging like hell, until i deleted the entire config folder in my project, then it all worked... (i copied the default build code from the extension description idk)
