Ok, so I used `~/.config/nim/nim.cfg` which is satisfactory for me. However, I have now been able to find some issues discussing `/etc/nim/nim.cfg` (and even tried `/etc/nim.cfg` without success) and it seems weird to me that they are closed even though it still doesn't work.
