Hi,

Haven't seen the articles themselves, but I suspect that the problem could also be solved by rebuilding one's desktop...

For the uninitiated...
- restart your Mac
- press the Apple and option keys and keep them pressed until you receive an invitation to rebuild your desktop...
- click accept key (I think it's called that in English, I'm running a Dutch system 9.2) and your Mac will restore links between documents and programmes so that icons reappear where they were missing... etc...

Also a handy tip if the programmes you use have been playing up or you have an increased number of crashes on your system

Cheers,

Bart

I am a new subscriber to this list.
I visited the searchable archive of this list's posting.
I noticed some articles about stationery icon blank.
This is what I did to solve my problem.

1- select the icon of any regular Nisus document (not stationery)
2- click the File menu, Get Info, General Information
3- click the icon in the top left of the window
4- click the Edit menu, Copy
5- close the window

6- select the icon of the stationery document (blank icon)
7- click the File menu, Get Info, General Information
8- click the icon in the top left of the window
9- click the Edit menu, Paste
10- close the window
