Are there any standard conventions for naming macro packages? I
prefixed mine with `RB -' so that you could easily find them during
(un)install, but this was a choice I made without much thought. For
example, I was thinking about prefixing the names of all my macros with
a character like `~' so that they would appear at the bottom of the
list rather than in the middle of the default macros and any you've
created.
