The Preferences of TypeIt4Me has a section called TSM Apps. I trust you have put your OS X applications in here.

Much I dislike saying something negative about Mac Applications, TypeIt4Me X does not work correctly in OS X. This is being very blunt but my experience leaves me no alternative.
Even the Nisus Express ReadMe says it is not supported, with another OS X application; personal experience is with Nisus Email X 1.6.1 and OmniOutliner, would you believe?
The problem lies in the way ti4m handles its clipboard[s] or, rather, does not handle clipboards. CopyPaste and iClip for OS X are OK.
