Hi,
It should be possible to have BOTH end notes and footnotes in the same document AND and easy way to create more than one list of footenotes.
Have the footnotes be in columes even when the document is not.
Have a FIND for footnotes only.
And while you are at it, make it possible to have columns of different sizes in the same documnet.

There should be the option for different sets of footnotes; or, alternatively at least a separate set of footnotes and endnotes.
Reference-Symbols should be free to be chosen.
In the footnote documents one should have the full power of the word processor in the main text (unicode, right-to-left, left-to-right-choice, not necesssarily the same as in the main text). Here, Nisus Writer was already quite satisfying.

While I know that some of you do not like using web-based forums, you may want to pop over to our Nisus Forums for a bit. We are asking fine folks such as yourselves to give us feedback about what the footnote/endnote feature should contain.
Now is the time to put in your two cents ... maybe even three. Don't expect change, however.
