I have been using Nisus Writer Express for a few weeks now, but cannot understand the logic of the Document Manager. It seems to serve no useful purpose.
If I click New in Document Manager to create a new document, that document does not appear in the list of documents even after it has been saved. On my PowerBook G4, even selecting Save in Document Manager has no effect. Nothing ever get added to the list. It looks like the Document Manager is simply a place holder of something that Nisus has yet to implement.
