Hamid is right, this will remove any "extra" formatting from your text, 
leaving it with only a font and paragraph setting.  In Nisus Writer 
Classic this was called "Plain Text."  We changed the name because 
Plain Text gets confused quite often with, well, plain text--as in a 
plain text file.
