Reboot the machine if switch-to-configuration says a reboot is needed
If switch-to-configuration returns exit status 100, it indicates that
a reboot is required to make the configuration take effect (e.g.,
because the init system changed). So if --allow-reboot is given,
reboot the machine and wait for it to finish rebooting.
