When talking about mirroring we should talk about 3 different things:
the website
the .tar.gz files
the (svn) repository
what has botherd you most the last days?
git vs X ?
I think git wins because
- minimal space on storage. (1/30 compared to svn possible)
(don't know exactly about mercurial)
- gitk (also availible on windows - But I've only started it to see
that it runs )
Anyway I'd like to continue using one main repository.
I guess forking nix would only result in lost time IMHO.
About discussion:
We must take into account that some people had deadlines in the past :)
