I believe the --enable-kde option only provides some KDE look and feel. I know 
that the original OOo makefiles do not automatically include the *.desktop 
files, therefore I copied them myself in the original OOo expression. I think 
something similar is needed for go-oo.

Go-oo has support for 'kde4', simply I don't have that enabled now. I planned to
add it (their 'configure' has "--enable-kde4") some day, but I still have not
tried.

Maybe that includes the change you want?
