You are very optimistic :) The Fuloong does not have a CD drive (or any easy means to get its bootloader boot from a USB cd drive, I think). Maybe it can boot a bootable usb.
For cross-building... you are very optimistic! :) Cross build an ISO means something very close to cross-build a NixOS.
