Originally, pythonFull was added as an option for installation in profiles. It was not made default to avoid discussions about whether this disruptive change (a _lot_ of packages depend on Python) is worth it. Now, with the merge upcoming, we could set pythonFull as default python in stdenv-updates. As far as I can say, MarcWeber is for the change. I support this proposal. Is there anybody who is against it? Are there any requests to do it quickly or to delay it until something is finished? _______________________________________________ nix-dev mailing list [email protected] https://mail.cs.uu.nl/mailman/listinfo/nix-dev
