Log:
* Unbreak icewm. Without -lfontconfig, it barfs with
icewm: error while loading shared libraries: libfontconfig.so.1:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
This causes various NixOS tests to fail
(e.g. http://hydra.nixos.org/build/1952097).
