Here's the log for kdeadmin. It happens to install fine now (hydra has a binary for me), so I added some whitespace to force my system to build it, so you won't recognize the hash.
As you can see, the builder is not able to find pykde4, which is in buildInputs. The python script responsible for finding pykde4 aborts because it misses the module DLFCN. I tracked down the problem: https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=374579 It looks as an impurity related to the kernel version running on the build machine.
