for those who run a Hydra instance, it is typically a system package, which means that a broken Hydra build prevents nixos-rebuild from succeeding. This is a serious issue, IMHO. Personally, I use Hydra with PostgreSQL and don't care much about the sqlite version used to build it, so I'm fine with any solution that works.
