Checking that the patch is correct then hitting the merge button is
hardly dirty work, but its better than deep code review maintainers
burning out, whom tend to become a tad nasty. Causing a vicious cycle.

Who does the dirty work? Those people whom are affected by the
introduced problem. Whom then send patches which are merged quickly.

A sterile system is boring, there needs to be an element of chaos to
rein in people. That's why trolls do a good job at solidifying
communities.

It's rather counter intuitive maybe it shakes this community a bit too much?

Anyway I hope this proposal is considered.
