Hello Vladimír, thanks for your reply! This is already good to know. I can't completely stop thinking of a hardware problem… but the provider said, they've changed ram chips and it didn't stop after that. My plan is now try bisecting it, since there are only 68 commits in between the two states -- and then to try the nvidia driver and see what happens.
