I understand. Well, maybe to some degree it's possible to use such libraries. The first thing that comes to my mind is simply cp -rf ${./yourlibdir} $out, so that in $out you have include/, lib/, etc.. Then run a couple of patchelf. But are the programs going to be compiled with gcc or icc?
