I am sure the usual Google-fu on the mailing list archive, manuals and wiki should get you started with ruby Gems bundling.
The usual workflow seems to get bundler, generate a gemspec and let some gem-to-nix tool do the packaging job. Feel free to ask more specific questions. Regards, -- Layus.
