We'll see what we can do but the London NixOS meetups talks are meant to be quite short (≈ 15-20 minutes) and in my case I was just planning to do a live demo (no slides). Also, a video wouldn't capture the most important parts of the meetups which are the hands-on session and meeting other Nixers :)
