Hi all, due to following reasons I don't feel entitled to be a release manager anymore:
- I've been a release manager for 4 NixOS releases of out 6 - I've been doing full-time Nix for a year and started consulting business https://www.enlambda.com/ - each release was harder to pull off due to my limited time Additionally, rotating the release manager role brings new ideas and efforts. This means we have about a month to decide who is the next release manager. Ideally, it's someone involved with NixOS community for a longer period of time. Please, if you'd like to contribute back to the community by helping organize next NixOS release, let me know. I'll definitely help the next person and guide her/him. There is also a short sketchy section in the manual describing the process: http://nixos.org/nixos/manual/index.html#ch-releases PS: this by far doesn't mean I won't be active anymore, I'll just shift focus. Thank you so much, Domen
