If you want to write a nix parser, you can take a look at 
https://hackage.haskell.org/package/hnix

Also, Gabriel took a quick shot at one, but it’s unfinished:
https://github.com/Gabriel439/nixfmt

Hope it works for you, writing parsers is tricky. Especially the
string splicing in nixexprs.
