Great question. Dezgeg and I are working on bootstrapping some ARM machines now, at which point I'll be working with Eelco to add them to Hydra. I don't have an ETA, but finding a compatible time between Dezgeg and I was a major blocker. From here, I expect the slow parts will be coordinating with Eelco, then having nixpkgs build them.
