Another minor issue: libnlop-0.dll in version 2.0.2 depends on mingwm10.dll (unlike version 1.2), so I had to manually find and add that dll to make
nlopt run.

Oy, that's annoying. It looks like this is caused by the -mthreads command-line flag, which I included based on a report that it was necessary for thread-local storage to work under MinGW (I use thread- local storage to make the random-number generation thread-safe).

I've taken it out for now, since the thread-safety is not documented yet anyway, and for that matter I don't know whether -mthreads really affects this anyway. I've uploaded a new .zip file again; let me know if that fixes the problem.
