Dear NLopt users,
Version 2.1.1 is now available from the NLopt home page (http://ab-initio.mit.edu/nlopt
). This version corrects some problems with the detection of Python
and Numpy include directories, and adds missing version functions in
the Guile interface.

* More robust configure check for Python include directories, via
distutils.sysconfig.get_python_inc() and numpy.get_include().
