Hi,
I am maintaining an optimization plugin (www.rechenraum.com/goat) for
the parametric modelling environment Grasshopper (www.grasshopper3d.com)
within the Rhino CAD system (www.rhino3d.com). The optimization core of
goat is based on NLopt, and I distribute both 32-bit and 64-bit DLLs of
NLopt with the goat plugin.
As these pre-compiled DLLs might be of interest to others, I want to
share a download link

The DLLs are for current NLopt version 2.3, compiled with Visual Studio
2010 Express in Release mode, one for 32-bit and one for 64-bit, with
__stdcall calling convention.

optimization with NLopt, get a free 30-day trial of Rhino and install
Grasshopper and goat.
