Hello again, After googling around a bit, I realized this may be a problem with optimization. After a bit of work, I discovered that /O1 (minimize size) resulted in a successful Release build.

Please choose the Technical Support command on the Visual C++ Help menu, or open the Technical Support help file for more information If anyone has further information on this problem, please let me know. I'm actively working on it. I also have to define _USE_MATH_DEFINES in Properties | Configuration Properties | C/C++ | Preprocessor after running cmake in order to avoid collisions with M_PI between cmath and math.h.
