Greetings list,
Does NLOpt include simple Gradient Descent?
It’s great that there are all these nice algorithms, but sometimes for
a baseline we want something very simple.
Does NLOpt have an easy interface to add your own optimizer to NLOpt (at
runtime)?
This would be useful if we have written a lot of code that uses NLOpt
and now we want to try some new optimization method we’ve invented.
