Well, Google is really opening up some interesting possibilities. As you know we use dictionary definitions in a number of ways, particularly in our lesk and vector measures in the WordNet::Similarity package.
Google offers a define: option, and if you haven't tried it before, just go to Google and do... define:word where word is pretty much anything... define:line define:interest define:fish You get back lots and lots of definitions. Anyway, if you've every tried to pull definitions out of WordNet, this is a very intriguing possibility. If you use more specialized terminology, you get back more specialized definitions define:heart attack define:prime rate define:semaphore define:linux Something to think about...
