We are very happy to announce the release of version 0.91 of the
Ngram Statistics Package (NSP). This represents a major rewrite of
the measures of association into object oriented Perl, which we
believe will make it easier for users to modify or create their
own measures, and understand those that are already included in
the package. We have also made an effort to update and clarify the
documentation for the measures, and generalize organize things in
a sensible way.

In addition, a number of bug fixes have been included in this
release, most notably those that are associated with Fisher's
exact test under certain circumstances.
We have also fixed the very annoying non-standard use of library
modules in statistic.pl, this should eliminate quite a bit
of confusion during installation.
