We are pleased to announce the release of WordNet-Similarity
version 1.04. This version has one significant fix to the
vector_pairs measure.

(1) Fixed major bug reported in vector_pairs, where every alternate
function is skipped because of a loop variable being incremented
twice. (Sid)
