Part of the relationship is the willingness to pick a weekend that the Titans aren't playing. This gives the hotel yet another weekend of near guaranteed full capacity booking. It probably didn't hurt that some of the people who are close by to the phreaknic crowd started up another con called Hyperic and also use the same hotel. Of course I am sure all the weekends the Nashville 2600 club spent wiring up each of the hotel rooms and the time Dolomite and Mirage spend making the network work in the hotel help. They do this work even during non con dates. I remember showing up at least once to help with the wiring. I remember that the wiring looked nice and professional when we finished. Not bad for a bunch of amateurs being guided by a couple of people who knew what they were doing. Add to that, the great response from the staff during the only hacking experience I know of that affected the hotel itself. Also in helping them better secure themselves after words. -- Steven Critchfield [EMAIL PROTECTED] --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "NLUG" group.
