Critch will know more about this then I will. I know you can add cdrom discs as a source in /etc/apt/sources.list. I think you should be able to add local directories. If you can do that, then you could mount the iso: #mount /path/and/file-name.iso /mnt/repo and try adding /mnt/repo I hope that helps.
