At this point you need to scrub the boot loader from your hard drive.  Under
windows you should be able to run "fdisk /mbr" and it will overwrite the
master boot record with a new one eliminating grub.  This should then boot
you into Windows where you can run Linux via virtualbox.  It will also reset
the MBR so that you may install a new version of grub on it though you
should not have to do this prior to installing the new version of grub.
