Johnothan, A few days before the next NLUG meeting, you can send out a message and there are several certifiers in the group that could get you the credentials you need so you can get enough points to (1) certify others, and (2) get all the certs you want yourself from CACert.
Make sure and bring the paperwork and your identification (according to the cacert.org web site). The same goes for anyone else that would like the ability or certification... IHS ...
