        Teaching people about gpg at the keysigning is way too late --
 they have to have a key, in the first place, in order for it to be in
 the list. They need to have all the ids they want signed in there, and
 have self signed their own key (and cross signed it, if they have
 multiple signing subkeys). They also need be able to verify the hash on
 the list -- and all this well before the key signing itself.

        I wasn't thinking of interfering with a regular meeting -- I
 was thinking of a more relaxed, social event, perhaps on a weekend. In
 my experience, it is not good to rush a key signing, so a long, lazy
 get together over pizza just sounds better ;-)
