I don't think they're aiming to compete with github. The value prop is
that it's a one stop shop for .net open source projects specifically.
It's been around for a couple of years. If, for whatever reason, you
find yourself having to do some work in that space, it's a good
resource. A lot of the worthwhile things there are basically .net
ports of things from the java open source community (e.g., cruisecontrol.net
)
