I got a sandbox account a while back. I used it off and on for a couple of weeks and got bored. It just doesn't seem that interesting. The complexity makes it seem like a geek-only sort of app. I predict there will be tons of peeps who share conversations with people by mistake and then become scared to use it anymore. There's a lot going on inside the interface, it's way too busy especially if you have a lot of contacts.
