Unfortunately, I have since learned that, by design, the various BlackBerry phones will only store the first 32 KB of a message body. Anything after this point will be truncated. With most plain-text messages, this won't be a problem. All replies are sent as plain-text, even if received as HTML. However, the built-in top-posting for replies is probably intended as a work-around.
